Donate to Gather

Donations support our general fund and help us operate all Gather programs.

Gather believes access to food is a fundamental human right and provides nutritious foods in innovative, welcoming, and dignified ways that foster connection and community-building. 90% of the money raised is allocated directly to community programming and food access.

Food Donations

Through its core programs, Gather serves more than 10,500 Seacoast residents each month, distributes over a 1.6 million pounds of food each year and distributes food to over 300 children each week when school is not in session.

How You Can Help

  • Organize a food drive at your job, school, club, church or within your neighborhood. No food donation is too small. Consider organizing a Personal Care drive. Shampoo, dish soap, feminine hygiene and various cleaning supplies are in high demand but short supply. Non-perishable food and personal care donations can be dropped off at the Pantry Market during regular business hours. Let us know in advance of your drive by emailing Kate Constantine at kconstantine@gathernh.org.

  • Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!

Non-perishable food donations can be made directly to:

    Gather
    210 West Road, Unit 3
    Portsmouth, NH 03801

  • We encourage our friends and neighbors to share the bounty of their home gardens with Gather members. If you would like to share produce from your garden, please contact us at info@gathernh.org.
