Emily Gaddis
UNH Program Manager
Emily comes from a culinary family and grew up at the edge of her mother’s and grandmother’s kitchen counters where she learned, practiced, and mastered the skills she’d use throughout many areas of her life.
She brings decades of experience and her love of teaching and sharing knowledge to her role as Manager of the UNH Food Repurposing Program. Emily spent 17 years with the MSAD 60 School Nutrition program, 12 of which she served as the manager and baker for the district’s K–3 elementary school.
Emily is passionate and committed to serving the community in any way she can. Currently this shows up in her work as an accessible yoga teacher specializing in personalized and restorative yoga and through her work and support of local hunger relief organizations both big and small.
