After graduating from Kimball Union Academy Boarding School, Rob attended and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in History along with specializations in economics and philosophy. Rob spent the earlier part of his career in governmental affairs as a lobbyist at NH State House influencing legislation, regulations, and governmental policy decisions related to real estate, while also advocating for the interests of NH’s homeowners.

Over the last two decades, he has held a number of positions within the mortgage industry where he has been consistently recognized for his leadership and team building skills. He is currently a Licensed Mortgage Advisor with CMG Home Loans where he has helped thousands of families achieve their dream of homeownership.

With a strong passion for assisting those in need, Rob supports many organizations and philanthropies by volunteering and fundraising. His current priorities are serving on the Gather Board of Directors and being an active volunteer with the Friends of Mount Agamenticus in York, ME.  Rob and his wife reside in Southern Maine with their two black labs, and they enjoy spending their time outdoors in Maine and NH lakes, beaches, and mountain areas.
