Steph joined the Gather team as Administrative Coordinator in 2024. With a background in business development, she skillfully handles administrative tasks, supports day-to-day operations, and enhances organizational efficiencies. Steph also brings extensive volunteer experience with nonprofits focused on social equity and the environment.  

Deeply passionate about Gather’s mission, Steph loves connecting with both members and volunteers. Outside of work, Steph enjoys gardening and hiking, and being a mom to her two busy, growing boys.
