Tricia Labelle (Portsmouth, NH) is employed by the City of Portsmouth, where she works at a local elementary school in their Nutrition Department. During the past four years of her employment here, she witnessed first-hand the food insecurity of her community professionally and personally. She first came to Gather in 2018 where she became a member and later to the Gather Board in 2022. Tricia is a recent college graduate having recently earned a Bachelors in Human Services from Granite State College. Tricia strongly advocates for nutrition equity legislation and serves as the Seacoast Community Consultant with NH Hunger Solutions. She is committed to her community and raising awareness about what Gather can offer to other individuals of her community facing food insecurity, as well as shining a light on what food insecurity looks like. Tricia has lived in Portsmouth for the past 10 years with her son.
